Your event Files

Photos, contracts, posters and playlists — every file for the event lives in one place, with your team, next to everything else you run on Bookitive. Then hand any folder to the printer or the venue with a single link.

Folders, and room for the big stuff

Organize files into nested folders per event and upload whatever the evening produces — a 4K poster, a full photo gallery, the raw video. Large files go up in parallel chunks, so a slow connection is no longer a reason to email a WeTransfer link.

  • Nested folders, one tree per event
  • Multi-gigabyte uploads that resume, not fail
  • Search across every folder as you type

Send a folder with a link

Share any file or folder as a link that anyone can open — no account, no login, no 25 MB attachment ceiling. Set an expiry so it stops working after the job is done, and revoke it the moment plans change.

How it works

From upload to handed off

1

Upload into folders

Drag files into per-event folders — posters, contracts, the gallery. Big files upload in parallel and pick up where they left off.

2

Find and preview

Search across every folder and open anything in place — no download just to check which version it is.

3

Share the link

Hand a folder to the printer or venue with an expiring link. They open it in a browser, no account needed.

FAQ

Common questions

What organizers ask before they move their files in. Missing an answer? Ask us via the demo form.

Is there a file size or storage limit?

Uploads are chunked and resumable, so multi-gigabyte files go up reliably even on a shaky connection. Reasonable event storage is included — if you plan to store an entire festival's raw footage, talk to us about the right plan.

Do people need a Bookitive account to open a shared link?

No. A share link opens in any browser with no login. You control how long it lives and can revoke it at any moment.

Who on my team can see the files?

Files live on the event, and your existing team roles and per-event permissions decide who can view, upload or share — the same access model as the rest of Bookitive.

Can I collect files from people, not just send them?

Yes — that's Collect. Mint a public upload link and outsiders send files straight into a Drive folder without an account — grouped and auto-sorted the moment they arrive.
