FAQ

Questions theaters ask

Straight answers before your first season. Missing one? Write to us.

We play repertoire — dozens of performances a season. Can we manage?

Yes. Draw the auditorium once and set up each performance from the saved layout in minutes. Tools for scheduling a whole month in one go are in preparation.

Do you offer season subscriptions?

Not yet, and we would rather not promise it before it exists. Loyal audiences can get a permanent discount code today — for instance for your audience-club members.

We sell a lot at the box office and over the phone. Is that a problem?

Not at all — that is exactly what the built-in box office is for. An order with specific seats takes a minute to enter, you take cash or card, and door sales carry no commission.

How does the audience pay online?

They reserve seats and pay by bank transfer with a prefilled QR code — payments pair with orders automatically and unpaid reservations expire. Online card payments are coming.
