Who pays the fee — me or the visitor?
You decide. Absorb it in your ticket price, or pass it on at checkout as a small surcharge — the rate is the same either way.
How do I pay Bookitive?
Once a month you receive an invoice for the fees on tickets sold that month. No sales, no invoice.
Do you hold my money?
No. With bank-transfer payments the money goes directly to your bank account — we never touch it. Card payments, when enabled for your organization, are settled by the payment provider at their cost.
What do free tickets and box-office sales cost?
Nothing. Complimentary tickets and on-site sales are free on every plan.
We only run one event a year — does that work?
Perfectly. There is no subscription to cancel — your organization, venues and seating plans stay ready for next year at no cost.
