Ticketing Built for Concerts & Live Shows
A standing crowd, a seated balcony and a queue that shows up all at once. Bookitive sells the room out, keeps the scalpers empty-handed and runs the gate on the phones your crew already has.
Standing floor, seated balcony, one map
Draw the venue the way the night actually works — a standing area with an honest capacity in front of the stage, seated rows and boxes where people want a chair. Every zone gets its own price, and when the floor is gone, it is gone: capacity is enforced at checkout, not hoped for at the door.
- Standing areas with hard capacity limits
- Seated sections and standing zones side by side
- A price for every zone, from floor to balcony
Early birds do the selling for you
Set price phases with real deadlines — a cheap first wave that rewards the fans who commit early, and honest steps up as the date closes in. Phases can end on a date or after a number of tickets, and the checkout shows buyers exactly why now is cheaper than later.
- Price phases by date or by tickets sold
- Live low-stock and sales signals in the checkout
- A nudge that brings back abandoned carts
Sold out — but not to scalpers
The shows that sell out are the shows resellers hunt. Set per-person limits, let risk scoring flag the bulk buyers, hold the suspicious orders for your review — and for the hottest nights, switch on rotating QR tickets that make a screenshot worthless at the gate.
- Per-person limits and risk scoring on every order
- Suspicious orders wait for your review
- Rotating QR codes kill screenshot resale
Doors open, queue moves
Every crew phone becomes a scanner in one tap. Tickets validate in under a second, duplicates flash instantly, and the live count shows the room filling up. When the venue walls kill the signal, scanning keeps working offline and syncs when it is back.
- Any phone becomes a scanner — no rented hardware
- Duplicates and fakes flagged on the spot
- Offline mode built for concrete basements

Questions promoters ask
Straight answers before your first show. Missing one? Ask us via the demo form.
How do you handle standing capacity?
Standing areas have a hard capacity you set. Checkout stops selling when it is reached — there is no oversell buffer, so the number you promise the fire marshal is the number that gets in.
What stops someone from buying twenty tickets and reselling them?
Per-person limits cap how many tickets one buyer can get, risk scoring flags bulk and repeat buyers across events, and suspicious orders can be held for your review before any ticket goes out. Rotating QR tickets add a final layer — a screenshot or forward is useless at the gate.
How do buyers pay?
Online, buyers reserve and pay by bank transfer with a prefilled QR code — payments match orders automatically and unpaid reservations expire on their own. Card payments online are coming; at the door, the box office takes cash and card today.
We run a two-day festival. Can you do passes?
Yes. Give the pass unlimited re-entry or one entry per day, and leave single-day tickets as single entry. Whoever pops back to their tent walks back in with the same QR code.
The venue has no signal at the entrance. Will scanning work?
Yes. The check-in app downloads the guest manifest ahead of time, validates tickets offline and syncs scans when the connection returns — duplicates are caught even across offline scanners.
Announce it. Sell it out. Scan it in.
