Setup

Live in minutes, not evenings

Name the event, set the capacity and the price — and you are selling. No venue to draw, no map to manage: tickets simply sell until the spots run out. Repeating the workshop next month means changing the date, not starting over.

  • Capacity-based tickets, no seating map needed
  • Multiple ticket types — member, standard, last minute
  • Per-person limits for the scarce spots

The door

Check-in is one phone

Open check-in, point the camera, done — the ticket validates in under a second and the list shows who arrived. At a twenty-person workshop you will spend more time greeting people than scanning them.

  • Any phone becomes the scanner
  • Attendance list after the event
  • Works offline when the café Wi-Fi does not

FAQ

Questions small organizers ask

Straight answers before your first event. Missing one? Ask us via the demo form.

Our events are free. What does this cost?

Nothing. Free tickets carry no fee and there is no monthly subscription — you pay only a commission on paid online sales.

We are a club or community, not a company. Can we use it?

Yes. Sign-up is free with no card and no contract — and a guided setup walks you through your first event step by step.

Can people pay at the door?

Yes. The box office takes cash and card on site, and door sales carry no commission at all.

Our course runs the whole weekend. Is one ticket enough?

It is. Set the ticket to one entry per day or unlimited re-entry — participants walk in on Saturday and Sunday with the same QR code, and you keep an eye on every arrival.

What happens when the workshop fills up?

Sales simply stop at capacity — no overbooking. You can add spots or open another date any time, and per-person limits keep one buyer from taking half the room.

Twenty spots, gone by tonight
